When will it arrive?

We pack it in 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after that, tracked, and you see the dates before you pay. US shipping is $5.95, free over $89. Europe is $9.95, free over $99, prices in USD. Order by Nov 30 for Christmas delivery in the US, by Nov 26 in Europe.

Returns?

30 days from delivery. Send it back in its original condition and we refund you. Return shipping is on you, and we say so here instead of in small print. If it arrives broken or stops working, a photo or a short video is enough: we send a new one or refund you, and you keep the broken one.

Can I mix colors for the 2 and 3 price?

Yes. Any 2 scopes are $10 off, any 3 are $30 off, any colors, the Scope or the Max. The discount shows in the cart.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Switch on Gift box + note in the cart and write the note there; it’s free with 2 or more scopes. Switch on “Hide prices on the packing slip” and the paper in the box shows no prices.

What if it stops working?

The electronics have a 1-year warranty. Send a photo or a short video to hello@wondermite.com with your order number. We ship a new one. You don’t need to send the old one back.

What age is it for?

4 and up. It has small parts and a lithium battery inside, so a grown-up stays nearby for the first week and does the charging.
